你有没有过这样的情况：
被人随口一夸，你的反应是不是“我没那么好”？
可一听到别人说母亲不好，立刻下意识反驳、心里不舒服？
同样是评价，为什么对自己总下意识谦虚、甚至否定，对母亲却自带一层温柔滤镜？
最近，365足球平台网站罗俊龙团队发表的一项研究，将双加工与自我评价相结合，并借助脑电（ERP）技术揭示了一个有趣现象：我们的大脑在“快速直觉”与“理性分析”两种模式下，对自己和对母亲的评价竟然完全不一样！
该研究重点分析了N200、N400、LPP三个脑电成分，实验结果见下图（以N400成分为例）：
直觉加工模式：评价自己时，积极词（乐观、真诚、优秀等）会诱发更强的N200与N400成分，说明个体可能下意识抵触、觉得不匹配、有认知冲突，也就是我们常说的：被夸就不自在。评价母亲时，积极和消极词的N200与N400成分均无明显差异，说明个体对母亲的评价很包容，不存在冲突。
分析加工模式：评价自己时，消极词诱发更大LPP，说明个体可能对自己的缺点更在意、加工更深，理性时不盲目自恋。评价母亲时，消极词诱发更大N400，说明个体可能在理性思考后，依然抗拒负面描述，越想越觉得：我母亲不能被这样说。
研究启示：对自己，我们从小被教育要内敛谦逊，快思考时会不自觉地自我贬抑；对母亲，则是长久的情感联结与孝道文化，让大脑本能地维护母亲形象。
该研究于2026年4月在线发表于Cognitive, Affective, & Behavioral Neuroscience（5年IF=3.3）；365足球平台网站硕士研究生何凡为第一作者，罗俊龙和李杨卓为共同通讯作者，研究得到国家自然科学基金（32400903）与中国博士后科学基金（2024M75272）资助。
